Inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments inspiration challenge and by Cindy Bee’s daffodil faux center step card. I had not had the opportunity to ink up the Daffodil Daydream stamp and die bundle and was inspired by Cindy Bee’s card. I used the dies to create a daffodil and cut-out the daffodils to create an Easter card. I also used the Daffodil paper from Sale-a-bration.

My card this week was inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments inspiration challenge and by StampinJo.com‘s card with the Friendly Hello Bundle. I CASED her card and used Pool Party and birds as my inspiration from Hand Stamped Sentiments. The background layer was embossed with the Textured Textile Embossing Folder. The next layer I die cut DSP from the Friendly Hello bundle with the largest rectangle in the Scalloped Contours Die. The next layer is cut from Brushed Gold Foil. The next layer is die cut from the stitched rectangle from the Scalloped Contours Die set. I then stamped the bird and flowers from the Friendly Hello die stamp set and colored with the Pool Party and Daffodil Delight Blend Pens. I then fussy cut it and adhered with dimensionals. I then stamped the splatter stamp from the Friendly Hello set with Memento black. I embellished with retired Daffodil Delight ribbon, Brushed Brass Butterflies and Basic Rhinestones.
The Friendly Hello bundle is FREE with a $100 purchase during Sale-a-bration. Start shopping here.

This week’s inspiration challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments is full of wonderful summer images. I was inspired by the dragonfly and the sunflowers images. I created my card using the Dragonfly Garden stamp set and dsp papers from the Harvest Meadow DSP collection. I made a tag and punched a hole with a regular hole punch using the Bumbleee Harvest Meadow dsp and Basic White card stock. I stamped the Basic White tag with the flower image from the Dragonfly Garden stamp set and colored with Stampin’ Write Markers. The large dragonfly was stamped with black Momento and die cut with the Dragonflies punch as well as the smaller dragonflies from Misty Moonlight and Cajun Craze card stock. The large dragon fly was colored using the Balmy Blue Blends and Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Write marker. I embellished with Wink of Stella on the flowers and large dragonfly and finished with Linen Thread and Brushed Metallic Adhesive dots. Super easy card to make.

I was inspired this week by Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge to create a triangle fold card with the June 2021 Paper Pumpkin kit. The kit coordinates with the Expressions in Ink bundle which is on my wish list. However, not having the bundle nor the DSP inspired me to create my version of the Expressions in Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper. One side of the paper has beautiful water color images with foil. This is the side I recreated using Gilded Leafing, Versamark and Heat and Stick powder.
Evergreen as my card base. For the triangle layers I used Just Jade and retired Purple Posy. I meant to use Fresh Freesia but somehow managed to select retired Purple Posy from my paper file. Oh well I still think it turned out like I wanted. On the Just Jade triangle layer I stamped the watercolor image in Evening Evergreen. Some images I stamped at full strength and some I stamped off to create texture in the watercolor image. For the Purple Posy I stamped the watercolor image in Fresh Freesia using the same technique of stamping full strength then stamping off. I then used the Versamark pen to outline some of the watercolor images then used Heat and Stick powder to adhere the Gilded Leafing.

I used the die cut foliage from the kit and a die from the Tasteful Labels set to stamp the flower image from the Paper Pumpkin kit in Versamark and heat emboss with gold. I then colored the flower with Polished Pink and the leaves with Just Jade using a blender pen. I adhered the die cut foliage to the die cut label and finished with a bow in Soft Succulent. The inside of the card I used the birthday sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set an stamped the flowers from the images from the Paper Pumpkin kit. I also used the flower images to stamp on the envelope with Polished Pink.
The card I created is inspired by the Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge. The inspiration images convey spring and have many shades of tulips. I had not yet used the Timeless Tulips stamp set and builder punch so I created a mother’s day card for my dear aunt. She loves tulips so this would be the perfect stamp set to create a card for her.
The patterned layer is new from the In-Colors 2021 – 2023 dsp in Polished pink. The white layer is embossed with the retired Pinewood Planks embossing folder then die cut with the largest rectangle scalloped die from the Scalloped Contours die set. The sentiment is from the Timeless Tulips set, stamped in Pear Pizzazz then die cut with the smallest rectangle from the Scalloped Contours. The large tulip was stamped in Daffodil Delight then die cut with the Tulips builder punch as well as the large leaf stamped in Pear Pizzazz. The smaller tulip was stamped in Polished Pink. I love this color then fussy cut as well as other leaves I stamped with Pear Pizzazz. This card was super easy to put together. I hope all moms and women that do the work of moms are appreciated no only on mother’s day but throughout the year.
My card this week is inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments inspiration challenge. From the images I was inspired by the colors and the butterflies. I used the retiring Beauty Abounds stamp set.
I used Whisper White card base and layers and the Beauty Abounds speckled stamp for the background. For the smaller butterflies I used the small butterfly dies and the Butterfly duet punch to die cut butterflies and embellished with basic rhinestones. I also die cut foliage from Silver foil paper and adhered with glue dots. The sentiment is from retired Teeny Tiny Wishes and stamped with Momento Black. This was an easy card to put together and can be adapted to birthday, thinking of you or sympathy by changing the colors of the butterflies.

I survived the winter storm in San Antonio, TX! The week of February 15th 2021 was not a typical winter week for us. We normally don’t have snow except for a day and not every winter. Last week it was so cold we lost electricity and water. I know for many of you snow days are not unusual. However, I’m glad it’s behind us.
Longing for tropical weather I was inspired by the Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration challenge. The colors in the mood board and the colorful flowers inspired me to create this birthday card with the Friendly Flamingo stamp set in the new mini catalog. The card base is Granny Apple Green followed by Daffodil Delightful. The Oh So Ombre printed paper is FREE with a $50 purchase right now during Sale-a-bration. All die cut elements, except the stitched circle are from the Friendly Flamingo Bundle.
Inspired by the first challenge of 2021 from Hand Stamped Sentiments I decided to use the Quite Curvy bundle and Curvy Christmas stamp set. The card was very easy to make using the dies and stamps. I used Seaside Spray for the card base and Night of Navy for the curvy edges and embossed with Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder. The foliage and snowflakes are stamped with Seaside Spray and the bow and sentiment stamped in Night of Navy. The bow I colored with a blender pen and Seaside Spray ink. I added basic rhinestones to the snowflakes to make them sparkle.

My card for this challenge was inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge and the beautiful Poinsettia Petals bundle. The card was designed by friend and fellow stamper Minnie Cieslak. She created this card using the Poinsettia bundle, Evergreen Forest 3d Embossing folder and the Stitched Seasons. The suite also contains the beautiful pearl and rhinestone centers for the Poinsettias. The greeting is heat embossed in Silver. The foliage and frame are die cut from Silver foil. The inside is also stamped with images from this stamp set.
