Happy Birthday with Seaside Wishes

I finally was able to to create with the new Stampin’ Up Seaside Wishes bundle. This bundle has a stamp set, hybrid embossing folder and dies. I love this stamp set because it has beautiful sand dollar and starfish images. The card I created I CASED from page 73 of the Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog 2024-2025. It is a mini slim card. This card measures 3.25″ x 6.25″. The card base: 6.25″ x 6.50″ – place the 6.50″ side at the top of your scoring tool, score at 3.25 and fold. I wanted for the die cut sand dollars and starfish to take up most of the card front and this slim card is the perfect size.

My card was inspired by the Hand Stamped Sentiments color challenge of Lost Lagoon, Petal Pink and Soft Sea foam. I used the Basic Beige for the card base and Country Woods DSP, The sand dollars, star fish were die cut with the Hybrid Embossing folder from Lost Lagoon, Soft Sea foam, Petal Pink and Basic White. The sentiment from the Thoughtful Expressions stamp set was heat embossed with gold embossing powder.

Art Gallery Gilded Birthday

I created this card for Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch Challenge with products from the Art Gallery suite.  I especially love the Painted Texture 3D Embossing folder which I used for the background panel because it embosses the paper to have a painted texture.  I also used the Golden Garden Designer Specialty Acetate to die cut the fancy label with the Stitched So Sweetly dies.  I also used the rectangle die to cut out the rectangle panel behind the flower from the Fine Art Floral DSP.  The gold ribbon is also from the suite. The flower I stamped with Flirty Flamingo and Heat and Stick to add the gold leafing.  The stem and leaves were stamped with Mossy Green.
