This week at Hand Stamped Sentiments the inspiration challenge is WILD! The images bring to mind an African safari. So I dusted off one of my favorite stamp sets which is retired In the Wild. I love the images because they look like drawings you’d find pained on a cave wall but with more detail.
I stamped the cheetah image with Versamark on Very Vanilla then heat embossed with copper embossing powder. The circle layers I die cut from the Circle framelits then used shredder scissors to cut the edges. I also put Burlap threads I frayed from the Burlap ribbon along with Copper Metallic Thread. The background I dried embossed with the Seaside Textured Embossing Folder. I also used retired 1-14″ Burlap ribbon and layered the lace die cut from the Petals & More Thinlits. For the sentiment I used retired Alphabet Rotary stamp then heat embossed with copper embossing powder.
