Stampin' by Genny's Blog

With Valentine’s day a few weeks away, I created a Valentine’s day card.  I used the Hearts a Flutter Framelits and stamp set.  Although the stamp set is retired you can still purchase the digital set.  I used the sketch at Hand Stamped Sentiments to inspire me and the colors of Real Red, Crisp Cantaloupe, Calypso Coral and Whisper White.

The designer series paper is from the Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack.  The cute border was created with the new Confetti Hearts Border Punch.  It creates a cute border and lots of cute hearts.  The scalloped red heart is stamped with White Whisper Craft ink then die cut with Hearts a Flutter Framelits.  The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set and die cut with a banner from the Bitty Banners Framelits set.  The small hearts are the hearts punched out with the Confetti Hearts Border Punch.  To add sparkle I embellished the card with basic rhinestones and vintage faceted buttons.
