This week at Hand Stamped Sentiments we have a sketch challenge.  I created this card with the Giggle Greetings stamp set.  So many cute sentiments are in this set.  I used the Blendabilities to color the image and used the Moonlight designer series paper stack.

The Whisper White layer is embossed with the Perfect Polka dots embossing folder.  The rhinestones are colored with Sharpies.  Super easy card to create!
